Practice Guide to Chronologies

The Care Inspectorate has published a new guide to chronologies, which replaces Practice Guide: Chronologies, published by the Social Work Inspection Agency in 2010.

The revised guide places recognises the significant developments in approaches to multi-disciplinary working and service delivery that have taken place since 2010, for example, Getting it Right for Every Child.  It also recognises that chronologies have equal relevance in work with adults, particularly evident in adult support and protection and criminal justice social work serious incident reviews.
