Multi-Agency Domestic Abuse Policy for Edinburgh

What a beautiful summer we’re having! I hope you’re all enjoying it.

Attached below is a draft of the Multi-Agency Domestic Abuse Policy for Edinburgh, developed as a result of discussions at the Health & Wellbeing Committee policy development subgroup on domestic abuse. It outlines guiding principles and definitions in relation to the prevention of domestic abuse, supprot and protection for victims and management of perpetrators.

Anna Mitchell (anna.mitchell@edinburgh.gov.uk) is keen to hear any comments, queries or suggestions before the document is considered by the Chief Officers’ Group. Comments are due by Friday 30 August.

This is an excellent opportunity to have your say.
